Nice day out - I took the boxes to the curb. Last night I got the awfulest cramp in my left leg and my right knee was hurting badly, too. I rubbed and stretched the cramp out. It reminded me of the time my leg cramped up when I was at Jeff's place. He rubbed it until the pain went away, so I did the same last night.
I did dishes and put the sheets in the dryer. While I was waiting for them to dry, I watched The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart on Amazon Prime. I read the book on Hoopla. It was very good.
