The cabinet guys installed the cabinets and we, indeed, are short 3 cabinets. Sigh. My memory is screwed up. I don't know if we'll have to order more cabinets - if we paid for only 4, we would have to pay a lot for the other 3. Steven said it was $17,000, I think. Sigh. 😔
I have an appointment with Laura today. More on that later. We increased my Lamotrigine to 150 in the morning and 10 at night. I have been having unhealthy thoughts lately. She suggested mindfulness exercises and explained what mindfulness is. Concentrating on one thing - like breathing or eating is mindfulness. When I go back, I'm taking Harley and the journal with me.
