Test/X-Ray results : Degenerative changes at the right shoulder as discussed. No acute fractures.

History: Right shoulder pain
Comparison: None
Technique: 3 views of the right shoulder.
FINDINGS: No acute right shoulder fractures or dislocations. There is mild glenohumeral joint (shoulder joint) space narrowing with mild glenohumeral and moderate acromioclavicular osteophyte (bone spurs!) formation. Probable sequelae of calcific tendinitis (Calcific tendonitis is inflammation of the tendons). Visualized lungs clear.
