January 2nd
The second day of a new year. I am not optimistic. I never am, but I seem to be more pessimistic at the beginning of a year. I guess it's because there's so much that can go wrong. I've said I'm going to do a diary - after finding my maternal grandmother's and grandfather's diaries in my mother's closet last year, I figure I can do the same, but online, where I can cut and past current events. The weather is what they used to keep track of at the bottom of the pages - I think that was Grandma.
