Last night I woke up with chills and sweat.🥶 I was sure I was infected.

Once I got up this morning, outside of one dizzy spell and an aura⬆ (I took two Tylenol to cut a migraine off at the start), I was okay. I've not got any other symptoms. It was hard to sleep. I washed myself off, as I was also itching beyond belief. Not sure what happened or why.
