     Steven went to the doctor today and got an antibiotic (clarithromycin 500 mg) for his infection and a muscle relaxant (tizanidine 4 mg) for the neck pain and his headache. He took it and says his headache is gone but his neck still hurts. The doctor thinks it might be a sinus infection. He had more blood work today.

     I had an awful attack this morning. My right breast area felt like someone was twisting it and my shoulder hurt and my heart was racing. I was afraid I was having another heart attack. I might have, it felt so bad. But I did some deep breathing and got back to sleep.  Went to the grocery and got some fruits and vegetables I had forgotten and a couple of others that seemed like a good idea since I was there.
