Jenni called yesterday. Her car is falling apart and this week she's asked for $700 to fix it. That's more than she paid for the damn thing. I've had it. I told her I'd block her if she kept calling just for money. I'm down to  $12,899.28. Guess it's good that I've put my pension and my Social Security into direct deposit into my account. I'm feeling a little more up today, but when I went out to plant a few seeds in the rose bush's planter, next door on both sides are outside fixing up their houses. The Lees are power washing their siding and cleaning the gutters. The Spongs have done a lot with their house. We have cardboard boxes stacked in front of the garage. Honestly, it embarrasses me to go out. So I'm not really feeling a lot better, but I'm not suicidal today.

I got a sample in the mail today from EarthKind and Social Nature. It is an ant and cockroach repellent. I put one in the kitchen and the other under Woodgie's dry food bowl. I'm hoping the scent doesn't put her off.
