I feel terrible today - I hardly slept last night and was afraid I was going to die. I think I just sat too long, after riding my cycle. Using the computer too long hurt my right arm, I think. I feel like I'm dehydrated, and I couldn't eat last night or today. I was in the bathroom every 15 minutes last night. When I got up, I took a warm shower, changed the sheets and took my medicine - the hydroxyurea. I've got to take my aspirin and my vitamins. Then maybe I'll try to get upstairs for a nap.
