We were at H&R Block from 9 to 11:30 am. We thought our taxes would be done, but we were missing several forms. Ann Rowland, who has been doing them for the past few years, worked them up while we sat there. I had to look up a lot of information on the phone, which I was on most of the time we were there. I think I could have done the taxes myself. Steven made out a check for the federal taxes - a little over $5,000. We get back a little from the state. I looked up estimated taxes for my $21,000. Looks like I overestimated, since I guessed it was $5,000 for just my part. It should've been - counting State and Social Security - $2,732.

When we got home, I went upstairs, took of my clothes, put on my nightshirt and went to bed. Couldn't really get to sleep, but I lay there comfortably for a couple hours. When I got up, I had some of the spaghetti and meatballs Steven got from Anthony Franco's yesterday. Their meatballs were as big as softballs - or the matzoh balls from the Pilgrim Diner.
