My phone and the newspaper have predicted end of the world type weather for later today. Kind of hard to believe, seeing as how it's 80° now.
Woodgie has her vet appointment today at 4:30. I hope we can round her up and get there today. Yesterday did not go well at all. I got her to relax on the sofa and then scooped her up and got her in her carrier by 4:20. We got to the vet, and I took her in - I forgot my phone and it was too late to go back and get it. She was good, considering what they put her through. I got to go out the back door - it was easier than going all around the building. At 6:20, we've had the severe thunderstorm with gusty winds and it's now 68°. It was sunny when I went into the vet, black as pitch when we came out. Storm didn't last long, but there are still dark clouds, so we could get another.
Last night was rough for me. My breasts hurt - pulling at my chest. I felt bloated and could barely sleep. I was on the verge of calling 9-1-1. I managed deep breathing and got a little sleep. I woke up drenched in sweat, so I took a shower this morning. I will take one tomorrow before I go to see Dr. Walmsley. I felt a lot better this morning.
