Doctor went well. The stent was easy to remove - they put a numbing gel in the area, not anesthesia. He put a lasso looking thing in and reeled the stent out. Showed it to me afterwards. That's how I figured he got it out. I just felt a few little pinches -no screaming pain, just that pinch kind of feeling like when you get a shot.
He asked where I grew up, said he noticed a bit of an accent. I said right outside of Louisville, so he said he went to school at Vanderbilt - which is where Jenni's dad went to divinity school. I was in Nashville a lot, I told him. Then I told him how I met Steven. 😄I have to go back in October for an ultrasound of my kidneys to make sure nothing is going wrong.
The guys mowed the lawns this morning. I'm surprised they got it done. I would think it was too muddy, but I guess not.
I hard-boiled eggs today. 🥚🐣🐰
