 WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT 

                   FROM 6 PM THIS EVENING TO 1 PM EST TUESDAY

WHAT Snow, sleet and rain expected. Total snow and accumulations of 3" to 5" expected, with locally up to 6" possible.  

WHERE In New Jersey, Eastern Bergen, Western Essex and Western Union Counties. In New York, Southern Westchester County.                                          

WHEN From 6 PM this evening to 1 PM EST Tuesday. IMPACTS. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening commute.

Eye doctor said to try warm compresses twice a day for a month and if it (she thought it was a clogged oil gland) hasn't gone away by then, call and make an appointment with Dr. Bevacqua.

Physical therapy said I should use the TENS thing I have and come in again on Thursday. And I have an appointment with the dentist that day.

I got the garbage together and took it out. Then I opened the refrigerator, and something smelled funny - naturally. So, I find bad celery and cut off what was good and then I realized Steven hadn't bagged the can from the living room, so I got a little bag, emptied it out and put it in with the other bag. When I came back in the kitchen, I found celery that couldn't be eaten all at once. Feh. So I toss it and thought that was it. But something still smelled funny and when I opened a can of beans that I had eaten part of - there was the smell. They were moldy. I thought I can't take anything else out to the trash, so I took the can outside and scraped it into the flower bed. I opened another can of beans and made a tortilla with it and cheese (which I spilled all over the place) and a bowl of beans and brown rice.

I ache all over from the walking yesterday - and I wore my ankle boots which didn't help. 

It was a long day. I need to put some heat on my eye.

It's 7 o'clock and hasn't started snowing yet. I put the snow shovel by the door and the ice melter by the inside door. I'm ready.
