Since the emoji on Accuweather for the variations of sunny are those of partly and mostly cloudy - I say it's partly cloudy, because that's what their emoji says.
We went to the grocery and shortly thereafter got thunderstorms. A guy came and gave us a rough estimate on the kitchen. They can't do it for a month or so. Someone will come and show us what cabinets we can get soon. I'm hoping this will all be over soon.
